Forrestbound tote bag

for me, for you posted this tote bag just a little bit ago, and I'm already in love.

sturdy, worn-in light grey canvas salvaged from a WWII era east german military duffel bag has been paired with a beautiful dark brown leather to create a classic every day tote bag.

the fabric used to create this bag is over 60 years old but still in the greatest condition. any discoloration of the material is the result of many, many years of natural wear and aging.

stitching from the original duffel bag has been incorporated into this tote to highlight the unique nature of the material.

lined with cream colored canvas, this large tote is perfect for everyday use. just the right size for carrying your groceries from the farmers market, library books, a laptop, etc. two good-sized inside pockets can easily hold a cell phone, wallet, keys, ipod.

long, comfortable shoulder straps constructed out of dark brown leather.

tote measures approximately 15 inches wide, 15.5 inches tall, 6 inches deep.

one of a kind.
